Efforts that have been done since last few years by Karachi Astronomers Society core team members to promote solar astronomy specially in Karachi, Pakistan are mostly inspired by the international groups.

Charlie Bates Solar Astronomy Project (CBSAP) holds the top position in promoting and spreading the word of science through solar astronomy, observations and lectures.
